Q: Do we have overnight parking for inbound trucks?
A: Yes, you can park along the curb beside the building.
Q: How do I become a customer of Kaleel Brothers, Inc.?
A: First, check out our coverage area (service area page) to insure that we are currently in your territory. Second, fill out a credit application form and submit it back to us. You can find a printable credit application form in the customer zone section of the website. Third, once the application process is complete, you will be assigned a Customer Service Representative to go over relevant information i.e. products, delivery days, etc.
Q. How will I pay for delivery if credit hasn’t been approved or terms established?
A. You will be required to pay cash only upon delivery until credit terms are established.
Q: What is your cut-off time for next day delivery?
A: In order to receive a next day delivery, the order must be placed no later than 4:00 PM EST.
Q: What types of product do you carry?
A: Our categories include: Meats, poultry, produce, seafood, dairy, dry goods, chemicals, paper, frozen foods, drinks/juices, canned goods & desserts. You can find a list of our products by clicking on “Get a Kaleel Brothers Product Listing” on the home page.
Q: Where are you located and how do I get to your facility?
A: We are located at 761 Bev Road in Youngstown, Ohio. You can find driving directions to our facility on the directions page in the “Contact Us” section.
Q: What is the number for the Quiznos help desk?
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept cash, checks (once credit is approved), VISA/Mastercard (3% charge), Electronic deposit via ACH, Wire transfers, faxed check (CHAX).
Q: What is the procedure for delivering an order?
A. The driver unloads the order and the store representative verifies that all items have been delivered. Any discrepancies must be handled at the point of delivery. The store representative then signs the invoice acknowledging receipt of the product. Any issues raised after delivery need to be discussed with your Customer Service Representative.
